High Performance NFS
NFS Maestro allows Windows 95 users to access file and print resources of other network attached
machines, such as UNIX-based systems, Macintosh computers, OpenVMS systems, or any other system
that supports NFS. It is seamlessly integrated with the Windows 95 Desktop environment, or
can be run from the Windows 95 command line.
NFS Maestro runs on any system that supports Windows 95, including Intel 80386, 80486, and
Pentium-based PCs. All NFS Maestro functions use Microsoft TCP/IP Stack for Windows
95 which is an integral part of, and is shipped with, the Windows 95 operating system. For users
who need access both to a UNIX-style network and another network, NFS Maestro is able to coexist
with other network clients already in place, such as Novell Netware, or Windows for Workgroups, and others.
